HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at support@trimblissstore.com with your order number and reason for return. If needed, we may request additional proof of purchase to verify your transaction.
We will provide return instructions and the return address.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Return Requests: Must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Used Products: Trimmers may be used, but must be returned with all original parts and packaging.
Product Condition: TrimBliss reserves the right to determine that the returned product was used in accordance with the instruction booklet.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is deemed defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not working as intended, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or full refund.
To begin a return for a defective item, email support@trimblissstore.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We kindly request photo or video proof of the defect to help us resolve the matter promptly.
Note: Claims made after 14 days may be subject to review and are not guaranteed a refund or replacement.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
